Service: Return of the device via Chronopost + 1 hour of labor of a Daan Tech technician.

This service is offered to you in the event that your breakdown could not be identified remotely by our Customer Service or if you cannot or do not wish to carry out a self-repair at home.

If you wish to book this service, please check that you still have the original packaging of the product. If you don’t have one or if it is too damaged, you must get a new one as an option to ensure a decent transport.

Important:

1. This service must be booked with the agreement of our Customer Service

2. An estimate of the parts to be changed will be made following the diagnosis by the technician. The payment of this one should be regularized to finalize the repairs.
